What content review refuses
The review runs on each version, before each publication.
A wiki is a public website that commits your game and your name. Before each publication, the version you want to publish goes through a review of its address, all of its texts and all of its images. All of these checks must pass.
What is refused
Section titled “What is refused”On texts:
- explicit sexual content;
- sexualization of minors;
- hate and harassment;
- extremist recruitment;
- real and graphic gore;
- encouragement of self-harm or real violence;
- dangerous, directly actionable criminal instructions;
- scams;
- credentials and passwords;
- private personal data and identity exposure.
On images, the review looks for nudity, blood and injuries. A second analysis examines their meaning and reads the text visible in the pixels: scams, password requests, private data, hate and other prohibited content listed above. It also covers the logo and the cover.
The address is checked before it is reserved, then again during the wiki review. A name that is insulting, hateful, sexual, or that imitates an official service to mislead players can be refused. See Choose the address.
What is allowed
Section titled “What is allowed”Normal content for a Roblox game passes: game combat, zombies, non-graphic stylized violence. Documenting a weapon, a boss or a combat mode is not a problem.
Doubt also blocks
Section titled “Doubt also blocks”The review has three outcomes, and only one opens publication.
| What you see | What it means |
|---|---|
| “Approved” | Publication is possible. |
| “Changes required” | Something was refused. The reasons are listed, location by location. |
| “Internal review required” | Some doubt remains: an ambiguous passage, a suspicious promotional link, a context-related risk. |
| “Review unavailable” | The review could not finish. No approval is granted. |
| “Expired approval or changed version” | The version has changed, or the approval is more than 24 hours old. |
The last four lines have the same practical effect: no publication. There is no “warning” mode that lets content through.
The remedy is correction
Section titled “The remedy is correction”There is no button to contest a refusal, and no appeal queue. The steps are always the same:
- Read the reasons shown under the status. They give the exact location and the reason, in French, in one sentence.
- Ask the agent for the correction, in its terminal.
- Click Request a new review.
If you think a passage is refused by mistake and you cannot see how to reword it, write to support@vibestarter.pro, citing the page and the section.
What the review does not check
Section titled “What the review does not check”Three limits, to know before you rely on it:
- Reading images can be wrong. Tiny, blurry or stylized text can be misread. An approval does not guarantee that there is no problematic content.
- It does not check that your wiki is true. A mistake about the price of an item or about how a boss works will pass the review without a problem: checking the facts is still your job. See Review the preview and correct it.
- It does not replace Roblox moderation. Passing the wiki review says nothing about what Roblox will accept in your experience. These are two independent systems.
Frequently asked questions
Section titled “Frequently asked questions”Does the review stop at the first problem? A refusal in a text or an image does not stop the other checks. However, a technical error, a refused address or changed permissions can interrupt the analysis: in that case, the result is never a complete approval.
Can I reuse an approval? No. An approval applies to one specific version, serves a single publication, and expires after 24 hours.
My wiki only has text, why talk about images? The image review only covers the images that are actually present, logo and cover included. Without images, there is nothing to check on that side.
How many reviews per day? Ten requests per 24 hours and per account, all games combined, and only one active review at a time per wiki. The whole service is also limited to one hundred requests per 24 hours, all accounts combined: once that cap is reached, a request is refused even if you have not used yours. Try again later.
