The services for your game
The app is for building your game. Around it, other services handle what comes before and after: keeping your project, providing you with assets, showing your game, explaining your game to your players, and announcing your updates to them.
This page separates the services that are open from those still to come.
The services, one per line
Section titled “The services, one per line”| Service | What it is for | Status | Page |
|---|---|---|---|
| VibeStarter Cloud | Keep your project safe and find it again on another computer | Available | Where your project lives |
| The asset bank | Search for a model, an image, or a sound before having one made | Available | The assets |
| The game showcase | Show your game on the vibestarter.pro home page | Available | The game showcase |
| Service status | Find out whether an outage is on our side before you write to support | Available | Check service status |
| The Discord dashboard | Manually manage channels, roles, AutoMod rules, and announcements | Coming soon | Web dashboard |
| Your game’s wiki | A help site for your players, written from your game | Coming soon (Community) | Your game’s wiki |
| Your game’s Discord | Announce your game to players on your own Discord server | Coming soon (Community) | Your game’s Discord |
| Game analytics | Measure what your players do in your game | Coming soon (Analytics) | Game analytics |
| Thumbnails | Make the image that represents your game on Roblox | Coming soon (Thumbnail pack) | Thumbnails |
The wiki and the game’s connection to Discord in the app are not open yet: they will arrive with the Community product, with no date announced. When it opens, your project will show the Community tab and its two sections, Wiki and Discord. Until then, this tab is not shown.
The bot’s web dashboard is not open either: it requires an active right on the server, and none can be bought today. A bot-only subscription, with no VibeStarter license or Roblox project and no wiki, is planned on Discord: it is not for sale, and no price or date is announced.
Products per game
Section titled “Products per game”These services will be bought per game, as four products reserved for accounts that have bought the app. Each product is bought on its own: none contains another, except the Starter pack, which bundles the first three for one month.
| Product | Form | What it will include |
|---|---|---|
| Community | Monthly subscription | The game wiki and the Discord bot |
| Analytics | Monthly subscription, per tier | The game analytics, with all their features at every tier |
| Thumbnail pack | One-time purchase | An analysis of the game’s niche on Roblox, statistics for that niche, and 40 thumbnails, delivered at once |
| Starter pack | One-time purchase, once per account, for one game | One month of Analytics at the first tier, one month of Community, and a Thumbnail pack |
An Analytics tier removes no feature: it sets the resources reserved for the game, described by a range of players online at the same time and a data retention period. When a game goes over its tier, the service keeps only part of its events (sampling) instead of stopping. Moving to the next tier is then recommended, never applied automatically.
At the end of the Starter pack month, the wiki, the Discord bot, and the game analytics stop. To keep them, you will need to take the Community and Analytics subscriptions.
None of these products can be bought today. Installing 3.6.0, buying the app, or having Plus or Pro does not activate any of them. Their prices and tiers will be published on this page and on the Pricing page when they open.
What Community does not include
Section titled “What Community does not include”Community includes the public wiki, the Discord bot, and their hosting. It does not provide the AI: the agent that writes the wiki and the one that sets up Discord work with your AI account, like your development agents, and their work uses its quota. Community contains neither an AI subscription nor Plus/Pro credits. See Which AI subscription to choose.
When Community ends for a game
Section titled “When Community ends for a game”Community ends at the end of the paid period after a cancellation, at the end of a Starter pack’s month, or when a renewal stays unpaid.
| Service | Right away | Then, if Community is not resumed |
|---|---|---|
| Wiki | The site goes offline and leaves the directory. The draft, the published version, and the address are kept. | An email warns you 15 days before, then the wiki is deleted with its address 90 days after Community ends. The address becomes free for everyone. |
| Discord bot | It goes silent: no more announcements, no more actions. AutoMod rules are still applied by Discord. You can unlink the server anytime. | 30 days after Community ends, it leaves the server and the link is released. Your announcement rules stay saved for the game. |
If you resume Community before these deadlines, the wiki comes back online by itself, at the same address, and the bot picks up again on the same server. The details are in When Community ends for the wiki and in Unlink your server for the bot.
A late renewal cuts nothing for 3 days. If a renewal payment is not confirmed on its due date, the wiki stays online and the bot keeps acting for 3 days, and an email warns you. If the payment goes through within that time, nothing changes. Otherwise Community ends after the 3 days; as soon as the payment goes through, the wiki comes back online by itself. This margin applies neither to a cancellation nor to the end of a Starter pack.
What “Coming soon” means here
Section titled “What “Coming soon” means here”Four services are described in this documentation without being open: your game’s wiki and Discord, web dashboard included, game analytics, and thumbnails. Technical building blocks exist, but their customer journey is not open. The analytics and thumbnail pages explain what they will be for, nothing more. The wiki and Discord pages already describe the planned screens, so you know what to expect: they give no date, no price, and no purchase path.
A documentation page is not an offer for sale. As long as a service shows Coming soon, there is nothing to activate, nothing to buy, and nothing to ask support for.
The website, the app, and your account
Section titled “The website, the app, and your account”When it opens, My games on the website will let you find the game concerned and its access, and the wiki and Discord will be managed in the project open in the app. Buying the app, the Plus/Pro credits, and a game’s products will be three separate rights: a product bought for game A will open nothing for game B.
What is not in this section
Section titled “What is not in this section”- What you pay and what you get: What VibeStarter costs.
- The credits that pay for image, sound, and model generations: AI credits, in practice.
- The two VibeStarter Discord servers: Discord and VibeStarter.
