Check your referrer before you buy

To support a referrer when you buy VibeStarter Solo, open their link, accept the referral, then complete your purchase in the same browser and the same profile.

On the pricing page, check for the “Referrer saved” message before you open the payment. If no referrer appears, open their link again and accept the referral before you buy.

If you installed the app in the meantime

Installing the app and creating an account do not move the referral from one browser to another. To buy, go back to the pricing page in the browser where you accepted your referrer’s link. This check is still useful if the app opens a different default browser.

Cookies and duration

The referral is kept for up to 30 days after you accept it. Clearing cookies, using a private window or switching profiles can lose this information. Accepting another referrer replaces the one saved.

You can refuse audience measurement and still accept the referral: the two choices are separate. Withdrawing your consent to the referral clears what was stored.

If the payment or the referral causes a problem

The Solo offers from referrers allow payment in three installments with no fees. If this option is missing, or if the referral cannot be verified, contact support with the referrer’s name and the steps you followed before you use another payment link.

If your referrer’s link was closed by VibeStarter, the payment opens normally, at the same price, without a referrer. The “Referrer saved” message may stay on screen until its storage expires.

If you have already paid, also give your order reference. The referrer shown on the website helps check the process; it is not a receipt for a commission paid by Bonzai.

If you set up your own referral link

In your affiliate program area, enter your numeric Bonzai ID, copied from the settings of your Bonzai account. This field expects digits, not your username, your e-mail address or the URL of your page.

If the message “Your Bonzai ID is not in the right format” appears, replace the value with your ID, then save. An ID already linked to another VibeStarter account requires a check with support.

An accepted format does not prove that the number exists at Bonzai or that it belongs to you. Copy it from your own account: a number made of digits may still be someone else’s.
