The VibeStarter Discord community: access, channels, peer help
VibeStarter runs two Discord servers: a public one, open to anyone who wants to look, and a members server, reserved for customers. This is where creators help each other and where bugs are reported.
Join the public Discord
Section titled “Join the public Discord”The invite is permanent and free: discord.gg/HMCtKptQed.
You’ll find creators showing the app live, pre-purchase questions, and a help forum for creators of Roblox games. Since there is no free trial and no downloadable demo, this is the only way to see the app running before you buy it — often on voice, with someone sharing their screen.
A second public server, in English, works the same way: discord.gg/5GNF5eQqpJ. Same rules, same bot, same channels; you can be on both.
Get member access after you buy
Section titled “Get member access after you buy”-
Sign in at vibestarter.pro/account. On the account home page, in the “Discord” group of shortcuts, the line “VibeStarter community — Previews and peer help between members” has the Join Discord button.
-
Click it, then authorize your Discord account on the Discord page that opens.
-
Discord brings you back to the site, on the “Linking your Discord account” page. There is nothing to click: it finishes the link by itself, in your session, and states the result in one sentence. On success: “Your Discord account username is linked to your VibeStarter account.”
-
The bot adds you to the members server. On the account home page, the line then shows “Account linked” and an Open Discord button.
-
On each public Discord you have joined, the French one and the English one, the bot gives you the 💎 Membre VibeStarter badge: it is what proves you are a customer. Nobody can give it to themselves.
The link is finished in the browser where you are signed in to your VibeStarter account: if you are no longer signed in when Discord brings you back, the page asks you to sign in first. When the link does not go through, the page says why, and nothing is linked.
| The page says | What you do |
|---|---|
| “This link was started from another VibeStarter account: nothing was linked.” | The authorization link came from a different account than the one you are signed in to. Check which account is open on the site, then start again with Join Discord. Do not use a link someone else sent you. |
| “This link has expired or was already used: nothing was linked.” | You took more than ten minutes, or reopened an old link. Start again with Join Discord. |
| “The link did not go through: Discord answered with an error, or this account no longer has access to the community.” | Try again from your account. If your access was removed, see the cases of lost access below. |
| “Too many attempts: nothing was linked.” | Wait a few minutes, then try again. |
| “No Discord link is in progress.” | You opened the page without going through Discord. Start the link with Join Discord. |
The Back to my account button takes you back to the account home page.
When you lose access, the bot removes you from the members server and takes away your badge on the public servers. Four cases: a full refund of the app purchase (for a Duo purchase, both accounts), suspension of your account, unlinking your Discord account, or deletion of your VibeStarter account. The Unlink button on the same line removes your access; you can link your account again at any time.
This link will also be used for your game’s Discord, once it opens: to install its bot on your server, the Discord account that authorizes will have to be the one linked here. See Install the bot.
What the main channel groups are for
Section titled “What the main channel groups are for”| Group | What goes there |
|---|---|
Questions (❓┃questions) |
Usage questions: quota, agents, Studio, assets. It’s the busiest channel, and the answer often already exists a few messages up. |
Bugs (🐛┃signaler-un-bug) |
Tickets only, opened with a button. Nobody writes directly in this channel. |
Ideas (💡┃idées-feedback) |
Feature requests and feedback on the app, in separate threads. |
Showcase and game feedback (showcase-feedback) |
Your game, its Roblox link, and feedback from other members. It is also the required step to get into the website’s showcase. |
| Announcements and news | App news and AI-related releases. Read these before reporting that “something changed”. |
| Beta | Versions under test, when a beta is open. |
| General discussion | Everything else: progress, motivation, questions from creator to creator. |
How to get help effectively
Section titled “How to get help effectively”-
First check the service status. If the API or the Cloud is down, your question already has its answer.
-
Search the questions channel. The most common problems — a quota that runs out fast, an agent that can’t see Studio, asset previews that won’t load — come up there regularly.
-
Ask your question with what is needed to answer it: the app version, your system and your RAM, what you did exactly, what you expected, and the error message copied as is.
-
If the app launches, use the Copy diagnostics button in the Hardware step: it copies the full state of your machine to the clipboard.
Report a bug
Section titled “Report a bug”The bug channel works with tickets: one permanent panel, one button, and a private thread per problem.
-
In
🐛┃signaler-un-bug, click 🐛 Report a bug. -
The triage screen asks two questions: does it crash or do something other than what is announced, and can you list the steps? Choose Yes, it’s a bug. If it is a usage question, take the other exit: no ticket is created, and you are sent to the questions and ideas channels.
-
Fill in the form: title, exact steps (60 characters minimum), what you expected and what you got, the app version, and the error message.
-
A private thread opens, visible only to you and the team. Screenshots and logs go in this thread, never in the channel.
-
When it is fixed, close the thread with 🔒 Close ticket.
You can have only one open ticket at a time: close the previous one before opening another.
What gets handled by voice
Section titled “What gets handled by voice”A large part of peer help happens by voice: a demonstration, a screen share, a setting that is quicker to show than to write. It is efficient, with one drawback: nothing is kept. What is explained by voice cannot be found or quoted later.
Two habits: take your own notes on the steps while someone shows you, and if it’s a bug, still open a ticket. A problem solved by voice alone is never fixed in the app.
Frequently asked questions
Section titled “Frequently asked questions”I just bought, and I didn’t get a Discord invitation. That’s normal: there isn’t one. Start the Discord link from your account area, and the bot adds you.
My member badge disappeared. It shows on the public Discord, not on the members server. It is removed automatically after a full refund of the app purchase, a suspension of the account, an unlinking of the Discord account, or an account deletion. If none of those four applies, write to support@vibestarter.pro.
The bot doesn’t reply to my messages. The bot doesn’t reply to any message, in channels or in private, and it has no slash commands. It only acts through buttons: the one for bug tickets and, in a temporary voice channel, the panel that sets the capacity, locks, renames or claims the channel. For a question, write to support@vibestarter.pro.
I got a private message from the bot. The bot sends only one per server: the welcome message, on your first arrival on a public Discord. It carries the warning “Beware of private messages”: a private message that sells you something is a scam, whether or not it claims to be from VibeStarter.
My messages disappeared from the public Discord and I can no longer post. This is the anti-scam protection. An account that posts the same file, the same link or the same sentence in several channels within a few seconds is treated as a hacked account: its messages are deleted and it cannot post for 24 hours. It is not banned. If it wasn’t you, change your Discord password and turn on two-factor authentication before the time limit ends. If it was a mistake, write to support@vibestarter.pro: a moderator can lift the limit.
