The limits below are technical bounds, not subscription quotas.

## What the wiki does not do

- **Taking the site down does not delete the wiki.** The Site on line switch removes the public version and lets you put it back; the draft and the address are kept. See [Publish and update](/en/services/wiki/publier/#take-the-site-down-and-put-it-back-up).
- **It cannot be renamed.** The chosen address cannot be renamed or transferred to another game. It stays with this game as long as its wiki exists.
- **It does not outlive Community.** When Community ends for the game, the site goes offline; if Community is not resumed, the wiki and its address are deleted 90 days later. See [When Community ends](/en/services/wiki/publier/#when-community-ends).
- **It cannot be edited by hand.** There is no text editor: everything goes through the agent.
- **It is not translated automatically.** A wiki is written in the language you ask the agent for; there is no multilingual version of the same page.
- **It does not notify your players.** Publishing a page sends nothing to the [Discord of your game](/en/services/discord-du-jeu/), or anywhere else.
- **It accepts no external code or resources.** Neither you nor the agent can put HTML, CSS, JavaScript, fonts or images loaded from another website, or forms, into it. The only script on a published page is the search script, the same for all wikis.
- **It cannot be set to “unlisted.”** A wiki that is online appears in the public directory of wikis, [wiki-vibe.com](https://wiki-vibe.com/); there is no setting to remove it from there while keeping it online. A wiki that is offline leaves the directory.

## The caps

| What is limited | The limit |
| --- | --- |
| Pages in a wiki | 100 |
| Images in a wiki | 20 |
| Total weight of images | 16 MB, and 1 MB per image after conversion |
| Image you provide | 8 MB at most before conversion |
| Written content of a wiki | 256 KB, all pages combined |
| Review requests | 10 per rolling 24 hours and per account |
| Review requests, whole service | 100 per 24 hours, all accounts combined |
| Publications | 10 per rolling 24 hours and per account |
| Review in progress | One per wiki |
| Publication in progress | One per wiki |
| Validity period of a review | 24 hours |
| Address per game | One, with no renaming or transfer |
| Address name checks | 10 per 24 hours and per account, refusals included |
| Name checks, whole service | 100 per 24 hours, all accounts combined |

The number of draft versions is not limited. The two whole-service caps are shared between all games: when one is reached, a request is refused even if you have not used yours, and you have to try again later.

These limits protect the service; they can be adjusted. The commercial terms, for their part, will be published on [the Pricing page](https://vibestarter.pro/en/pricing) when Community opens.

## What your players see

A published wiki can be read **without an account**, at its address. Each page shows:

-   a **Wiki Vibe** bar, at the very top: “_Wiki title_ is published with Wiki Vibe” and the link “Search another wiki”;
-   the wiki’s title, its tagline and its cover image;
-   the “Play on Roblox” button, when the game’s place is known;
-   the “Search this wiki” field, which searches the titles, descriptions, sections, tables and captions of this wiki;
-   a side navigation that lists all the pages;
-   a breadcrumb trail, a table of contents, then the article;
-   the **sources** of each section, and the full list at the bottom of the page;
-   the categories of the page, and “See also” links;
-   the notice about origin, if the wiki was prepared before the game was published;
- a footer: “All wikis · Published with Wiki Vibe”.

What they **do not find**: a comments section, or the ability to edit a page. A game wiki is not a collaborative wiki: only you write, through the agent.

The [wiki-vibe.com](https://wiki-vibe.com/) directory lets you **search for a game** by its name, its genre or its tagline. Searching inside the articles is done on the wiki itself.

## Frequently asked questions

**Who can manage a game’s wiki?** The **project owner**, and only the owner. A collaborator accepted as an editor works on the code, but does not manage the wiki or the game’s Discord. See [Working with others on a project](/en/application/projet/equipe/).

**The Community tab does not appear.** This is normal as long as Community is not open: the app does not show it to any customer. After it opens, check that the project is synced with Cloud, that you own it, and that a Roblox game is linked to it. Without Community, the app shows the Plans page: the

Wiki and Discord sections stay locked.

**The app says “Plan required.”** The game’s wiki and Discord are part of the Community product, sold **per game**. It is not yet for sale; its terms will be published on [the Pricing page](https://vibestarter.pro/en/pricing) when it opens.

**Who pays for the agent’s work?** You do, through your AI account: the wiki agent works with it, like a development agent, and uses its quota. Community includes the public wiki and its hosting, not the AI.

**What happens to my wiki if I stop Community?** The site goes offline when Community ends for the game. If you resume Community, it comes back online by itself. If you do not, it is deleted with its address 90 days later, after an email sent 15 days before. See [When Community ends](/en/services/wiki/publier/#when-community-ends).

**My renewal payment failed: is my wiki cut off?** Not right away. Nothing is cut for 3 days after the due date, and an email warns you. After that, the site goes offline; it comes back by itself as soon as the payment goes through.

**Can I have two wikis for the same game?** No: one game, one address, one wiki.

**My project is linked to several Roblox games.** The page chooses the game by itself when it can; otherwise it asks you, and a

Choose the Roblox game list appears. Opening the game’s place in Studio is often enough to clear up the ambiguity.

**Does the wiki use my game’s style?** It uses your logo, your cover image and your colors. The structure of the pages, however, is the same for all wikis: that is what makes them readable and comparable.

**Is this documentation website the same as my wiki?** No. The website you are reading explains VibeStarter to its customers. Your wiki explains **your game** to **your players**, at its own address, with no mention of VibeStarter on its pages. They do, however, carry the Wiki Vibe brand, that of the shared wiki directory.
