Coming soon

Not open yet: no date or price announced. This page describes the planned screens.

The dashboard will let you manage the bot from a browser, without the app: protections, announcements, channels and roles. The same screen will serve Community customers and bot-only subscribers.

## What you see today

The page [vibestarter.pro/discord/dashboard](https://vibestarter.pro/en/discord/dashboard) is online, and your account on the website leads to it through the “My server’s bot” shortcut, in the “Discord” group. You can log in with Discord, but no settings open: each server in the list shows the note “No subscription,” and choosing one replies “The bot subscription is not on sale yet.”

There is nothing to buy or activate to clear this message: neither Community nor the bot-only subscription can be bought today.

## Which access should you use?

- **With Community**, you will first link your server to the game in VibeStarter. The dashboard will then recognize that right: no second bot subscription is needed.
- **With a bot-only subscription**, bought on Discord, the right will belong to the chosen server. It will require no VibeStarter license and no Roblox project, and will not include the wiki. It is not for sale.

In both cases, you will need to log in with the Discord account that **owns the server or holds the Administrator permission on it**. The Manage Server permission alone will not be enough to control all the settings offered on the web. This requirement applies to your account: the bot does not ask for the Administrator permission.

## Open the settings

1. Open the [Discord dashboard](https://vibestarter.pro/en/discord/dashboard).
2. Choose **Log in with Discord** and authorize the login.
3. Choose your server from the “Which server?” list. Each server shows its right: “Active Discord subscription,” “Included with Community,” or “No subscription.” If only one has a right, it opens by itself.
4. If the bot is not yet on the server, click **Install the bot** and finish the authorization in Discord. You come back to the same server, and the settings open a few seconds later.

The server header shows where the bot stands: “Bot in place,” with the age of Discord’s last read, “Bot not installed yet,” “Bot missing from the server,” or “Bot unreachable.” The page rereads the server by itself; there is no refresh button.

The web login lasts at most one hour. You may be asked to log in again sooner if Discord revokes the authorization. **Log out** closes the dashboard session.

## Home

The server home page sums up four things: the active protections, what the bot is allowed to do, the latest announcement, and the latest requests. If a permission is missing, **Renew permissions** reopens the Discord authorization.

## Protections

Each protection has its own switch. Discord applies them itself, even when the bot is offline.

| Protection | What it blocks |
| --- | --- |
| Spam | Messages that Discord recognizes as spam |
| Mass mentions | A message that mentions too many members or roles at once |
| Language | Profanity, sexual content, discriminatory insults (Discord lists) |
| Banned words | Your own word lists, six at most |

**Configure** opens the details of a protection: the text shown to the author of the blocked message, the channel where your moderators are alerted, a timeout for the author (banned words and mentions only), and the roles or channels that are never filtered.

A rule created by an administrator or another bot shows its status, without a switch: it is configured in Discord.

## Announcements

You choose a channel where the bot can post, write the message, and the preview shows it as it will appear. Mentions display but notify no one. Under the form, “Announcements sent from here” lets you **Edit** or **Delete** an announcement that has already been posted.

Automatic announcements from the game stay tied to the game’s connection in VibeStarter: the web login does not create that connection.

## Channels and roles

**Channels** shows channels grouped by category; **Roles** shows roles with their color. You can create, edit, or delete the ones the bot is allowed to manage. A padlock marks items that are read-only: a channel out of the bot’s reach, a protected role, a role managed by an integration, or a role placed above the bot’s role.

Moderation and administration permissions are not granted from the dashboard: they are set in Discord. A deletion takes two clicks.

## Track a request

Each change is a request sent to the bot. Its result appears on its own at the bottom of the screen, within a few seconds; the switch or the form waits for that result. **History** keeps the last fifty requests for the server, with the reason for any failure. If a result is “uncertain,” check Discord before trying again, especially for an announcement.

## Caps

| What is limited | The limit |
| --- | --- |
| Manual announcement sends | 24 per 24 hours |
| Pending requests | 20 |
| Request that has not started | Canceled after five minutes |
| Status observed by the bot | Beyond three minutes, changes are frozen |

These limits protect the service and can be adjusted; they are not offer quotas. When the bot stops responding, the screen shows it (“Bot unreachable”) and retries by itself.

## End of access and removed permissions

The service checks rights again before running a change. The end of a right, the removal of your administration rights, or missing bot permissions can block the request. If Community still covers the server, the dashboard stays usable with that right.

When a bot-only subscription ends, the bot leaves the server 30 days later, unless a right comes back on that server in the meantime: a new subscription, or Community.

Channels, roles, messages, and AutoMod rules already created stay in Discord. AutoMod rules keep working there after the right ends or the bot is removed; an administrator must turn them off in Discord to stop them from applying.

For retained data and deletion requests, see the [bot privacy policy](https://vibestarter.pro/en/discord/confidentialite).
